
Rimage 2008 Trade-In Promotion
THE PROCESS:
- Qualifying customers purchase a new Rimage 7100, 7100N, 8100, or 8100N Producer III series system from their Rimage Value Added Reseller between February 15, 2008 and October 31, 2008.
- Customers complete the Rimage Mail-In Rebate Redemption Form and contact the Rimage Decommission Center to arrange for shipment of their old system.
- The old system is removed from the customer’s location by an approved Rimage carrier. The customer records the date of shipment on the Mail-In Rebate Redemption Form. Rimage Corporation pays the shipping costs.
- Customers send the following information to Rimage Corporation for processing.
- • Rimage Mail-In Rebate Redemption Form
- • Serial Number Plates (old equipment)
- • Rimage System Registration (new equipment)
- • Customer Purchase Order (new equipment)
- e. Rimage Corporation issues customer rebates within 60 days of system and hardware registration, receipt of a completed Rebate Form and “Certificate of Destruction” from the decommission center. All rebate forms must be received no later than November 28, 2008 to be eligible for this program.
