What are yours hours?

We are open for business five days a week Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time.

Do you stock all the products you sell?

We stock most of them. We stock all the Rimage products except the 10K Media Kits. The 10K Media Kits are dropped shipped for us by Rimage (please allow 1 week to ship). We stock the most popular items from TDK Medical. TDK Medical products that we don't stock are dropped shipped for us usually the next business day by TDK. We are located only minutes away from the TDK warehouse here in Anaheim so we do local pick ups as well. We do not stock the Microboards products. All Microboards products are dropped shipped for us usually the next business day by Microboards.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges depend upon on where you are located, what service you select, and the weight of the product you order. Shipping cost is calculated instantly within the "Checkout" area of the website. When you proceed to checkout, you will then immediately see how much the shipping cost is and it is automatically applied to your order before purchase.

What time does my order need to be placed by to ship the same day?

We can ship as late as 6:00pm PT (9:00pm ET) from California via FedEx Ground so your order needs to be in 5:45pm PT. LTL shipments must be scheduled by 3pm PT (6pm ET) each day to have a pickup come that same day.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Net terms are available upon approved credit only. You may also prepay your order by sending a check or money order to LEGEND at 5761 E. La Palma Ave #317 Anaheim, Calif. 92807. Please note the check must clear before we ship your order, so it could impact delivery time. Make the check payable to Legend.

What taxes do I pay?

If you are not tax exempt and we ship anywhere in the state of California you will be charged the appropriate sales tax. If we ship out of the state of California no sales tax will be charged.

What if I am tax exempt in the state of California?

Please fill out the California Resale Certificate and fax back to 714-238-1268
