Most repairs carry a warranty for the parts replaced and for the service performed. Contact us for details as many parts have different warranty periods.

Typical repairs for the thermal based printers include: printhead installation and alignment, bearing replacement, heater roller replacement, sensor replacement, and bitmap board installation.

Typical repairs for inkjet based printers include: extensive cleaning, singulator adjustment and replacement, servo replacement, print engine replacement, print board replacement, print carriage adjustment and replacement.

Typical repairs for DVD / CD Duplicators include: drive replacement, picker assembly replacement, singulator replacement, motor and belt replacement, firmware updates, etc.

1. Fill out the repair form completely
2. Send back the system in original box, or pack in double walled box with tight fitting shipping foam.
3. Insure your system with your shipping carrier ($100 process fee for damage claims if you have insufficient packaging)
4. Inkjet printers - remove ink cartridges & clean ink well
5. Everest printers - shipping screw needs to be in place
6. We only repair systems that recently worked
7. Equipment left at Legend for more than 30 days is forfeited
